  • If it’s your first class, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup. This extra time ensures you can meet your instructor, get comfortable on the reformer, and discuss any necessary modifications for a safe and effective workout. If you arrive late, you may need to reschedule.

  • Each class is 45 minutes long and follows a structured flow:

Warm-up → Core → Upper Body → Lower Body → Cool Down Stretch

While the format stays consistent, the exercises and equipment used will vary, keeping your workouts engaging and dynamic. Expect a full-body workout that challenges your muscles, raises your heart rate, and makes the most of every minute!

  • Wear comfortable fitness attire and bring a water bottle. Grip socks are required for safety and can be purchased in-studio if needed. To keep the space distraction-free, please silence and store personal items, including cell phones, before class.

  • Yes! Our method is designed to accommodate all levels, with instructors providing modifications and progressions throughout class so you can move at your own pace. If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from an injury, we recommend—or may require—an Intro Private Session before joining a group class to ensure you get the safest and most effective experience.

  • Like any workout, consistency is key to seeing results. To maximize your progress, we recommend attending 3–4 times per week, depending on your goals and schedule. Regular practice will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and feel the benefits of Pilates in your everyday life.
