Our Studio

L E I is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in athletic Reformer and heated Sculpt classes for all levels and ages. Our approach combines contemporary Pilates with dynamic movement to create an energizing experience that reignites your passion for fitness and life.

Our Reformer Pilates classes use Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and posture, and enhance your overall mind-body connection through controlled, flowing movements.

Our heated Sculpt classes incorporate infrared heat lights to create a warm, energizing workout experience. The heat promotes relaxation, increases blood flow, and helps ease muscle stiffness. Combined with Pilates movements, light hand weights, and a variety of props, our classes challenge your muscles, improve mobility and endurance, and leave you feeling energized and strong.

Meet the Owners

L E I Pilates Studio was founded by Leslei and Lilei, two cousins who share a passion for movement, wellness, and building a community where everyone feels welcome. Their vision was to create more than just a Pilates studio — a space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can feel confident, supported, and empowered.

At L E I, we believe movement is for everybody. Whether you're stepping onto a Reformer for the first time or looking for a new challenge, our goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, challenging yourself, and celebrating your progress. We are passionate about helping our community grow stronger, build confidence, and discover the joy of movement.

L E I is more than a workout — it's a community. We're so glad you're here, and we can't wait to move with you!
